Quest For Wisdom Poem by Hakko Venus Palapar

Quest For Wisdom

The crooked road of encumbrance
Of the loveless mystery of God
I fell in the pitfall of quicksand
Optimistic mind I felt behind.

The climbing voices of cleverness
The murmuring sounds of greatness
The whispering melody of peace
Hackneyed with the rebuffed fierce.

In this deprived world I hardly see
Vivid vision that I guarantee
Genre of embellishments with me
Bludgeoning the arena of glee.

Until I saw a glimmering gem
In the torrid region of the flame
And it was chronicled in my mind
Glided with the real heart of wisdom.

Climbing at the crest of the mountain
To the merit of the light of fame
My thirst for knowledge had been quenched
Wisdom now in my heart reigning.
