Queen Of Hallucinations Poem by April Swan

Queen Of Hallucinations

Rating: 5.0

There are times
When my life is astray
Those days when
My thoughts will complicate
For my feelings rule
A queen to the things
Fate will create
A fog of images
Not sure or clear
But it is not faint
A whispered scream
Like a spell that is sung
But more a disaster
When it's made

I appreciate the reference to the fog and the queen. It says to me that no matter how deep or dense the obstacles that face you are, you are determined to triumph over them until you control them. Motivational, truly.

It's only natural at your age and with your inteligence to feel that way. But with time the fog fades, things settle down and you get to know, why your life was made.In the mean time, as you do so well, just write it out.
