Quasi-Quatrain Poem by Gordon Tseng

Quasi-Quatrain

Quasi-Quatrain

I love monorhyming quatrain from my point of view.
They call it Shairi Quatrain whose form is never new.
Trying to create some variations for poetic life lovers like you,
I hope someday their writers and readers will not be only a few.

Infatuating Curse

These surely will not be helpful to your physical purse.
They are not entertaining enough to be your mental nurse.
And, it might only be the poet's infatuating curse
To keep quaffing a life of quasi-quatrain or other verse.

These surely will not be helpful to your physical purse..................a pinch of salt to the sweet poet..............as usual to the point and clear

Use of ' physical purse' is unique but to match the rhyme the trying is very very weak in 'mental nurse'. At the same time, the last two lines are quiet strong by its poetic build with its diction and wisdom. Thank you.
