Pure Love Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Pure Love

Pure Love

I know them; they are mine
Have known them for long time
He was child; she was child
Time flew; they are adults
A man and his cousin
Things happened, they married
Man and wife and waited
Wanted child; one then two
They could be overjoyed
With many four or five
Months and years; no result
As Muslim he could go
Get married; other wife
She could go; so said law
But still like first days
They share food; the love birds
Under feet they've crush
Their wishes and the wants
What is this sacrifice?
Nothing but ‘Pure Love'
