if handled right one-way bets
pays safe profits no profits?

close PLC down leave everyone else!
hanging money owed to other companies?
other people might be limited percentages
paid? or white wash insolvent not paid?

Beauty? beauty is directors
don't go bankrupt shareholders!
others take a fall now sneaky limited
bit is rapid revelation revealed!

Public Limited Company means Limited Liability!
scam artist directors walk away scot-free completely
free from obligation harm penalty responsibility!
