Proud To Be African
A soul, blood and heart
Life and love
Is where an African lies
A strength, a determination
A bold feeling to stand up firm
A will for everyone that an African
And it is what I'll get in Africa
A country for Africans
Different languages, colour and character
Is what, like about Africans
I will shout out loud with appreciation
And say I am an African
I am Proud to be African
