Prospecting Is Tough (Double Bussokusekika) Poem by Edwin Tanguma

Prospecting Is Tough (Double Bussokusekika)

Prospecting Is Tough (Double Bussokusekika)

'Twould be easier
Mining platinum from hard rock
Than finding diamonds
'Tis easier said than done
I'd like to see anyone
Find either of the above

Prospecting is tough
Especially when you're drunk
Don't drink and prospect
You may regret it later
I don't have any regrets
Maybe it was lead and quartz

P.s.There was a time when... I actually believed that I had discovered
Pt and diamond while prospecting...LOL...As if I could have found a
150+ carat diamond in the good old U.S.A....Or Pt... For that matter
...Oh well...I guess that the person I gave the quartz to in Reno got a nice piece of quartz to add to their collection...hehehe

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Maybe one of these days I'll move back to Solano County so that I can romp in my old playgrounds of Northern CA and Nevada...LOL...I'm not going to hold my breath though...hehehe
