Product Of Our Own Descrimination Poem by Daya Nandan

Product Of Our Own Descrimination

If man is to build a better tomorrow, we have to find a way,
To connect our hearts and souls, in this globe today,
We must help each other relieve the pain of the human race,
Without judging man by their accent, skin colour or face.

We must unite the human race and together we'll bring on a change
In our world of chaos and hatred, it is love we must exchange,
In some countries they still believe colour grants supremacy and power
And that becomes their basis of discrimination, the equality they devour,

Most of us don’t give a damn, most of us simply don’t care
Why can’t we see the problems? why can't we make ourselves aware?
Maybe the future we will become a product of our own discrimination,
A hell designed by the darkness of our hearts, our own destruction,
