A great poem, and a very insightful observation...Pain is an entity, an agency....and sometimes it calls so loudly that we have no choice but to hear. A wonderful poem.

Yes, we say that probably at the times we cannot fix it- -we cannot cure the cancer- -we cannot stop the car from hitting the child- -we cannot stop foreign countries from going to war- - -we cannot stop love from dying and leaving....
