PRISON CELL

I lived for such a long time in a prison cell
In that cell I was suffocating day by day
I was lost in a lonely world
I felt helpless each day
I tried to scream but no voice could come out
I was half dead until the day this cell had broken open
And
It took me sometime to start living again
I only loved myself
I had feared the outcome each day and I was frightened for myself
I was frightened that something would stop me from living a normal life
I didn’t know what to expect
I didn’t have a future
My future was on the dark side
I didn’t believe in myself
I wasn’t sure what I wanted in my life
My life was hopeless in this prison cell
I didn’t know that there was a gift given to me by God that I could have Used efficiently everyday
There was an inner voice that spoke to me
One-day young man you will be happy again
You need to find more about yourself
Don’t worry about anybody else but yourself
I had no strength to fight the enemy because I was in shock
