Primeval Life Death Hunt For Optimum Ability Poem by Terence George Craddock

Primeval Life Death Hunt For Optimum Ability

Rating: 5.0

pace out the day
or start full pace
who passage endures?

chemistry is chemistry
muscles flex lactic acid builds
muscle cell metabolism slows

lactic acid is repair flushed out
muscle rebounds to original efficiency
process healing break 30 minutes

day wears on continues
focus alertness degrades
even with enough night

sleep stamina energy fades
strength survival fight flight
primeval life death options

hunt for optimum ability
hunter slow or rest is best?
cat nap to rekindle alertness

optimal neurons back up firing
on maximum in 15 to 20 minutes
observe sly domestic or big cats

good game plan is success
cat nappers rested make best
stealth endurance hunters

widespread perspectives you developed from 'marking', loved the cat figure you introduced, and you caught the pieces of prey hunting down and low bottom to top :)
