The pride of an Eagle

To see no limits and know no boundaries is my aim
To know no excuses and fight every battle is my goal
To be erect in posture and light shining to those around me is my reason
I live this life not for myself but to fulfill my creator’s purpose, thus I live with pride
Pride that will not lead me to my downfall but pride that makes me respect my peers, those I represent and my Father in heaven
To all those around me I promise to display self discipline, respect and pride in who I am
I may be what everyone wants me to be, but if I live to stagger and fall yet walk away I am not worthy to be called an eagle.
So as I stand today i stand with pride for I am a true eagle
Eagles soar high and so will I.
