Pride Goes Before Fall Poem by Kunal Nayak

Pride Goes Before Fall

PRIDE GOES BEFORE FALL

Perfection you have if in action let it be known
Reporting in mere words may cost you your crown
Important is to know never try anything to show
Desires won't be fulfilled and esteem will be low
Everything precious you have is only a mere fraction

God dislikes all forms of pride either in words or action
Omnipotent is only God all men are vulnerably week
Essentially learn a trick to make yourself really meek
Sometimes you are proud with a wrong notion of race

Beauties and handsome are proud because of their face
Enough boasting is done for talents that is God's grace
Foolish people often feel proud because of their dress
Over all you adequately see none of these are very right
Release credit to God all due to Him, hold it not tight
Each time you act carefully please check your own feeling

Frequently offer your prayer to receive your inner healing
Adopt a new and righteous style of life summarize them all
Logically, ethically very rightly said pride goes before fall
Listen very carefully yet again I say pride goes before fall.
