Priceless Than A Nobel Prize

I am a poet

and so many others

like most of such kind

I am a sentimentalist

who expresses freely

the innate emotions

and thoughts within

my soul that would

like to let it known

to the world around

that no matter what

every person desires

and wants in this life

its not how big or small

your achievements that count most

but by knowing that through poetry

a soul has been enlighten with hope

and joy believing that he is not alone

for such thing is priceless than a Nobel Prize

Very nicely written. Would be even better with a couple of grammar corrections:
    a soul has been ENLIGHTENED
    and
MORE priceless (in both the title and the last line)
Congratulations on having it chosen as Poem of the Day! (Report) Reply

This is quite lovely Marvin. Destination is of such little importance while knowing that the journey is our prize... (Report) Reply

A lovely piece of poetry, well articulated and penned with insight to capture the conviction of the poet. I concur with your conclusion. Thanks for sharing and remain blessed. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON. (Report) Reply
