Pretty Eyes Poem by Hannah Minton

I tried to write a poem
About this guy's amazing eyes
But i just couldnt think
I knew they were blue like the sea
And they changed to grey when he was sad
Theyd sparkle when he was happy
And seem blank when he was sad
Even when I cant seet hem they made me forget
What i was going to say
They watch over his two siblings
And seem to say Im always there
Theyre the same color as the lines on this paper
I think i know why theyre so hard to write about
Because there just isnt a word in the world
That can say how incredible his eyes are
