who is to say
thy shall be strong
thou shall be weak
thy shall live
thou shall perish
what do heavens divine
see fit
for a ruler
for a peasant
for a slave
thou has proclaimed that the strong shall rule over the weak
who is to say
i rule over you
you are weak
