Power Poem by Alsa Haslinda bt Alias

Power

As secrets were hidden, deep within me
I feel forsaken, but goodness is empowering me,

As I kept on running, and I feel I could never win
But I ran and ran as fast as I could
Soon sweats were dropping
And it was a mad rush in

Utterly sick of what was bequeath
Upon evil onto me
As I am falling down into the abyss
Wrapped by the root core
Of your dark magic

I shall return to the surface
But first I’d free the entire human race
For I will burn you into ashes
That I shall walk upon

As secrets were hidden, deep within me
I feel forsaken, but goodness is empowering me
Is it fantasy, or reality?
Because this world is not big enough
For you and me
