the festival of fun
to celebrate under the sun
brings in people to share
and care
for each other
like my brother
people enjoy pongal by wearing new dress
and coming out of stress
starting the day with blessings of god
the only lord
and enjoy relishing the sweet
and update their tweet
about our traditional culture
to fly like vulture
love and joy surrounds all around
and round
