Express yourself
Without hurting
Someone

Poetry is like water
It flows smoothly
With twists and turns
That does not disrupt
it's fluidity

Poetry is music
When read out loud
It sings to the ear
Like a chorus of
Angels

Poetry is Painting
It's word brush
putting images into
the mind of the
reader

Poetry is carpentrey
It can be structured
in many different
forms. Some pleasant
Some not

Poetry is beautiful
it is also ugly
And it can fit
snugly in between
the two

Poetry is love
Or adversarily
It can also be
Forgiving and
unforgiving
