trying a cinquain
and the title was unremarkable
; thinking perhaps no one will want to read me because I'm too negative
though neutral on the debate altogether, as it didn't really matt.er

still smells like carbon fiber,
and runs on and on with incomplete sentences,
and sounds like a history teacher, with a one-note voice.
and fails to think of something to say.

thought at one time, long ago, that it could be a great
like the road less traveled
or dreams beneath feet treading softly
but now or else happening
mind losing and.

now unsure of its identity,
he or she or they
one could even say
skirting anonymity
I think I'll be a rhyming poem.

decides she likes how she turned out.

One-note would be impressed.
