Poem Like The Light
Poem like the light brightens with words the mind
Sees, abundant with glories it does find,
To carry it high to a place lined
With sunshine to put darkness behind.
The peace that comes from poem the mind pined
For a rich picture, driving to bind
The mind to life so renew that shined.
Poem overwhelming with words so kind
And tender to the mind, that it signed
It to go merrier than one who wined.
