Please Stop Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Please Stop

Please stop

One can say who has died
Look at cars on road side,
"Funeral"-flashing lights,

Aged, rusted all the cars
Toyota-Corona, Hyundai
Passengers; dead's-alive,

Neither police nor escort
Hearse too is very old
One can say who has died:

A kind man with no wealth
What he had was nice heart
Gave what had ‘That is all'

No power, tongue's stuck
Can't do things; cannot talk
He would thank if he could:

"Don't bother; please stop."
