Please Dream Us More Poem by Troy Clark

Please Dream Us More

Enjoy you illusioned life
for all we no its your one chance
to prove something
To make a diffrence to the world
which, like us, is only an illusion

Tick tock Tick tock
Each second heard another
second lost,
4: 65 to 5: 64
24/7 to eternity
We sail the fabric of time
Until Posidon decides
decides its time to
send his Mermen to destroy
our hopes and dreams

Even in all actuallity
thier only doomed to fail-

But this is were we strive
because we are a stubborn
little race of Ginnie Pigs
unwilling to bow down and
grovel at our masters feet

But is he an illusion also
Are we, the world, the very air we breathe
all fake
Simple dreams of a 'real' beings
creative mind

Enjoy your illusioned life
for all we know its your one chance
to prove something
To make a diffrence to the world
Which, like us, could only be an illusion

“Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live.”-Mark Twain
