You all judge me by my looks
But you dont know the real me
You dont see the person inside
Who I really want to be

Because the person inside is afraid
Afraid of your hurtful word
Afraid of all your judgement
Afraid so shes never heard

So I sit alone
No one to befriend
Thinking no matter what happens
Ill be stronger in the end

Afraid to let anyone get too close
My hearts been hurt before
It hurts so much already
Dont think I could take anymore

Please dont twist these words
Im asking you to see
The person thats inside
But please just dont hurt me

So if you find my meaning
Show me that you care
It doesnt take alot
