Playing On The Tampoline Of The Drummer's Beat Poem by Dorothy (Alves) Holmes

Playing On The Tampoline Of The Drummer's Beat

The music exploded
Into a thousand heartbeats...
We glided down rainbows of
Organ melodies, becoming
Drenched in the golden spot light
Of two magic saxophones.
We played on the trampoline of
The drummer's beat...
Jam session supreme!
