I want to live where the mountains are tall
where the mountains are covered with snow in the fall

I want to live where the mountains and the rivers are side by side
Where the big rocks are and the rattlesnakes hide

I want to live where the river wiggles through the trees
where the wind blows clean and free

I want to live where the wind keeps the trees gently swinging
And live where I can hear the birds singing

I want to live where I can hear the coyotes night time wail
And live where the flowers grow wild

I want to live in the mountains where the golden eagles nest
This is one of the places I love the best

I want to live where the trees grow tall
These are all of the places I want to live most of all
