Pitiable Predator Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Pitiable Predator

Rating: 5.0

I pity you
My petty tormentor
Since all this violence
Are acts of dementor

It's sad to see
How helpless you feel
For you can only hurt my shell
But my precious core
Has always been secure
And from the light in my eyes
You could always tell

So in the end you
You have given up
I stand tall where I am
In your own eyes
You have shrivelled up
