Pilgrimage Poem by Yasmin Khan

Pilgrimage

Rating: 5.0

Wayward, worn-out on paths of life
Laden steps, eyes seeking bliss
Tread the souls, weary of woes and strife

Revoking Fate, untying knots of time
A staff of faith in hand, balm of prayers
Walk and walk, bear-footed spirits sublime

Frayed heels on cobbled paths marching steadily
Hearts so brave and stout never hold doubts
Sails on a ship drifting, hoisting in serenity

If led on a right path then journey of life becomes a pilgrimage otherwise a weary journey...
