Picture This Poem by Tim Holmes Jr

Picture This

I can see you but not as you see yourself,
I like you through my heart but my head is thing else.
You change my emotions without saying a word,
Your voice sings to my heart like a tweet from a bird.
I do my best to make you smile,
And make you laugh if just for a little while.
I don’t know why nor can I explain the reason,
But this happiness has coincided with the season.
Funny to think this started with a picture,
With a thought and a message, I’ve found a Character.
And this my friend is something I’ve learned,
How others feel about you is none of your concern.
Each day you wake up and don’t use the Smith & Wesson
You were extremely fortunate to receive a Blesson.
