Piccadilly Night Scene Poem by Elliot Fry

Piccadilly Night Scene

slumber city,
old theatre lights sallow
unaffordable attractions
tat shops in decadent london,
tin subways, all dirt
that feel nostalgic
increasingly irrelevant

illuminated cruel glare
shadow spots less seen
brown bag darkness hollow
piccadilly night scene
