Philosphy Of Zen Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Philosphy Of Zen

Whiling away the time,
Sitting on a rock thinking,
Thinking about everything,
And thinking about nothing.

Lying under stars and sky,
Lying yet wide awake,
Looking at the Universe,
Wondering and still awake,

Seeing through a clear stream,
Looking at the water reflect the sun,
Over all the rocks and pebbles,
My thoughts seem to run.

Hearing music in the air,
Floating by as it seems,
Hearing and singing it,
As if in a dream.

Whling away the time,
Sitting on a rock thinking,
Thinking about everything,
Ans thinking about nothing.
