I'm standing behind you.
Lips next to your ear,
My breath softly saying
All you long to hear.
I'm standing behind you,
You're locked in my arms,
The world is so peaceful,
No chance of alarms.
I'm standing behind you,
Your lips turn to mine,
Your eyes full of promise,
Your kiss so divine,
I'm standing behind you,
I'm here if you fall,
No fault in your weakness,
For you are my wall.
I'm standing behind you,
Where else could I go?
Our future together,
Is all I would know.
