Pebble Of The Waves Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Pebble Of The Waves

Pebble of the waves

Once I wrote as my vote
On skin, colour, race
Fed to site, got replies.

Some confirmed, some shouted.

Read below a comment on today’s article:
“Canada does not need scammers
And the welfare shoppers
They trample across Greece; Serbia, Hungary
Have and wear iPhones and, designers’...”

He has said what he wants
Then softens for people, and the law
The nation of “Sorry! ” Canada’s:
“Real refugees: ABSOLUTELY
Welfare shoppers: NO THANKS”

His words sword with blade and handle
Too long is the blade; sharp, razor.

He sure lacks the info on himself, back in time
Does not see the pebble causing waves.
