Pearls Poem by Elizabeth Lindberg

Pearls

The sun,
a pearl of warmth,
of kindness,
from the sky,

laughter,
pearl of mirth,
I cannot measure,
what that's worth!

a single flower,
is a pearl,
bringing brightness
to the world,

the peace of dusk,
when thoughts take flight,
the world's asleep,
a pearl of night,

another pearl's
the pearl of love,
the best of gifts,
from God above!
