Peace Poem by Leonard Champlin

Peace

Fear not
the blood
where broken arrows go.

Forget
the past
leave nothing left in tow.

Rejoice
the love
that only dreamers know.

And pray
for peace
that all the world will show.

The hopes
the dreams
that come from overflow.

Reach out your hands
accept peace and give peace
love someone and love yourself
forgive yourself and forgive someone
dance to the beat of your own two feet
and sing loudly YOUR song in the key of life.
