Shaking off the darkness of yesterday's loss,
attempting to find something to bring me back
into a semblance of life.

Careening down paths of existence, looking for
the energy that will give some vibrancy to my
being once again.

Selecting attributes that I wish to hold onto,
proceeding down highways of the future, head
held high.

Confidence soaring with an innate talent, written
into poetry that will never dwindle nor die, only
be read often through the years.
