Path To Peace
Every problem can be
Solved amicably
Why fight over it?
And create war.
Wars result in loss
Loss of property and wealth
Loss of people, it matters
Leaving the problem unsolved.
Wars create even more
Problems to be solved
What's spent for a war
Could be spent to improve.
Wars lead to destruction
Wars end in poverty
Life comes to a standstill
Progress comes to a stop.
Let good counsel prevail
Let world become united
Let path to peace be laid
Let us all work for this.
a beautiful concept if only the ones who are easily aggitated could sit back and listen to the wise
'Peace hath its victories No less renowned than war' .... chanted Milton long ago! Yes, War destroys and Love builds! As ever lofty thoughts! !
who is going to tie the bell? the world is too divided to think about unity now. Our younger generations may think about it..very nice futuristic poem..
