Passionate Poet
So here we have a man
that's the direct opposite of me
I'm the impassioned poetess
He's the passionate one you read
His words he pens are unfailing
He's affirming his love for thee
He writes with such compassion
everyone would agree
His words are all encompassing
Here are a few you might see
Desire, affection, devotion,
tenderness, craving and glee
He is the Passionate Poet
I wish I could be more like him
not only in the writing
but also in synonym.
