Passion Poem by Kristen Woods

Passion

It lies in all of us,
Sleeping,
Waiting

And though unwanted,
Unbidden
It will stir
Open its jaws and howl

It speaks to us, guides us
PASSION rules us all,
And we obey,
What other choice do we have?

PASSION is the source of our finest moments
The Joy of LOVE,
The Clarity of HATRED,
And the Ecstasy of GRIEF

It hurts sometimes,
More than we can bear
If we could live without PASSION maybe we'd know some kind of peace

But we would be hollow,
Empty rooms,
Meaningless lives,

Withiut PASSION we'd be truly,

I agree with Prasanna. But I have never known passion, and my life is just that; empty. Thanks for sharing, Kristen. Barbara

Not only is this plagiarized it isn't even plagiarized properly. Missing words, wrong rhythm. I'm late, late to this party but this is infuriating!

Not only was it on BTVS, season 2 - episode 17, but there are missing words...

I agree, this poem was taken from the Buffy the Vampire Eposide 'Passion', as a voice over. It was the third season, and written by a guy named TJ. Sorry, but this was plagerized.

This poem is good but it was already used on the Passion episode in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Did you write it for that too?
