Pasko Sa Bayan Ko

Ang Pasko sa bayan ko
Naiiba sa buong mundo,
And simbolo namin ay bituin
Parol ng pag-asa, doon nakatingin!
Bituin na gabay sa 'ting Panginoon
Sa mga tahanan ay naroon
Ilaw na tunay na nagbibigay
Kahulugan sa araw na Kanyang inialay
Upang laging sa puso ay manahan
Pag-ibig ng Diyos sa sanlibutan!
Parol tuwing Pasko, yaman ng bayan ito
At biyaya ng Maykapal, ang dalangin ko.

Poem of the Day

poet George Gordon Byron

It is the hour when from the boughs
The nightingale's high note is heard;
It is the hour -- when lover's vows
Seem sweet in every whisper'd word;
