Parents Poem by Monkey Bubbles

Parents

Your parents hate you,
But what can you do?
They act like you’re a disease,
But what can you do?
They talk behind your back
But what can I say?
They won’t talk to you
But what can I do?
They don’t agree with things you say
But what can I do?
That’s on them.
They wish I would be better
But what can I do?

Ah... Pity party... We all have been there once. We all have survived that terrible transition. The trick is to come out of it with your family intact. But that means maturing and we all can do it if we but want to and need to. Some day you'll know that you needed to. Adeline
