Paradox Poem by Autumn Garrett

Paradox

Rating: 4.0

Mindless hopes
Endless lies
A paradox of love

Not truely there
And always the opposite
You said one thing but meant the other

Eyes full of scorn
A heart torn with hate
You were what's left of a false hope

Telling me how to act
Never accomplishing anything yourself
I never understood that I was alone

Endless hopes and mindless lies
After eternitys I realized
I was alone, within a paradox of love
