Paint My Souls Poem by Jennifer Colyne Hall

Paint My Souls

Rating: 5.0

I'm a jade

Wear me out

Wear me down

Journey to the stars

A melodramatic impression

The inside I find diffused

Moments of Art

Splash a breeze on my face

Blowing my hair

Just me and the wind

Kisses of Madness

A burning fire-drives

Darkness from my snow

Just a few seconds

Let me catch my breath

Wanna move right through you

Not going backwards

Paint my souls

With colors of purple

I hear a whisper in my ear

Speak silently

To the sunless sands

You tell me how you, I, got it

Kisses mingle

I'm independent

But I still need you

Dance with me among the storms

The rain falling on our imagination

Journey to the stars makes this nice and to paint my soul is enough. Beautiful one.
