Painful Solitude Poem by Lawrence Hiung

Painful Solitude

Rating: 4.8

Painful rejection
Your silence speaks volumes
Solitary dove flies alone,

Looking for a place to belong,
She is lost, heart full of pain
Will she ever be able to sing again?

Painful illness
My body agony
My mind endures

Painful isolation
Painful solitude
Painful loneliness
