Owning Your Own First Home Poem by Terence George Craddock

Owning Your Own First Home

the big move owning your own home maybe the first?
all first hopes dreams romantic happy future desires
still sounds better than paying bills on somebody else's?

depends on if your earthed within a realistic budget
cash flow deficiencies can be body blow badly hectic
beware do not borrow spend more than you can repay
