Owning A House Curve Ball Bills Poem by Terence George Craddock

Owning A House Curve Ball Bills

an advantage of owning your own house
if you can afford the upkeep to keep it is
paying bills bills bills on your own house

does this sound domestic better than paying bills
on somebody else's house investment properties?
depends on formula income equation living costs

buy what you can live where you can
if you can afford more than a cardboard box
after cost of living shelter food clothes

the big move owning your own home maybe the first?
all first hopes dreams romantic happy future desires
still sounds better than paying bills on somebody else's?

depends on if your earthed within a realistic budget
cash flow deficiencies can be body blow badly hectic
beware do not borrow spend more than you can repay

yesterday was a disaster had to sad do
hectic finance adjustments due to recent
erratic fluctuations in regular income

life threatening tsunami waves
disaster bills several unexpected
swept away all rainy day defences

bills can be weather related property expressions
financial fits are fluctuations disasters unexpected
build upon solid foundations within safe budgets
