Our Hearts Affair Poem by Patricia Etienne

Our Hearts Affair

I know you feel what I feel
The fluttering sensation
The erratic rhythm
That is raising the scale of an irrational love
That is burning our guts with passion
Indeed I can feel it.
Tickling, throbbing, flickering
It's an adventurous semblance
Through your reflections
I can sense that you feeling
Tickling, throbbing, flickering
An adventurous semblance as well
Oh lovely, we breathing it
And drinking it in
I'm so certain
Your adventurous moment
Is at the jardin laurier
Walking hand in hand
And she staring deeply at your eyes
My adventurous moment is exactly the same
Because through your eyes I see my silhouette
Oh she is I, at the jardin laurier
It's a mutual bond
An absolute thing
With an unknown definition
Oh what a twisted sentiment
One moment I can't stand seeing you
And the next
I can't wait to be with you
At the jardin laurier
for our adventurous moment
So I can feel your lips
And hear you whisper in my ears
Which is always ruined by the alarm clock
This is the confession from our hearts
That is remained a theory
But one thing I know
It feels good
To feel for you
