Our Fragile Lives Poem by Sandra Feldman

Our Fragile Lives

Rating: 5.0

Our Lives are but a footprint in the wind,
Some blown away in their prime,
Others, without rhythm or rhyme,
And Time,
So long when we're born,
So short as some of us may live,
'A Midsummer Night's Dream',
That only Love can give.

An awesome and subtle poem about death and our time here on earth. Can definitely identify with it's message of short lived love, Sandra. A beautiful velvety poem touching my mind and heart with it's soft gentleness. Loved it very much. Thank you, RoseAnn

Sandra, trying for the third time to say I appreciate this verse...as a 'senior' now time is on a fast track. Lovely verse! I hope you get this. Dorothy Singing Still

A most thoughtful verse Sandra...it is certainly true, the longer we live the shorter time seems to be! Dorothy Alves Holmes APWLTS

My goodness, Sandra I am incredibly flattered. Few lives will leave their footprints on poetry as indelibly as yours. Thank you so much.
