Our Earth Serial Killers Poem by Elena Sandu

Our Earth Serial Killers

Rating: 5.0

Human always too quick
to take the cherry
ate it with seed
forgot it has to share it.
Then earth gets angry
and who is the one to suffer?
Of course the innocent child
with its mother.
Are only those
who kills for money faulty?
Naah I am a killer too.
You don't believe it?
watch out the spending.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

But even when all is said and done crumpled sheets of life and madness wrung straight despite the certainity of deciet... this mother with trembling hands and salt laden vision will still skip a heartbeat every time her haughty sons trip

i like this lines so much Human always too quick to take the cherry ate it with seed forgot it has to share it. Then earth gets angry and who is the one to suffer? Of course the innocent child and the next lines explain what it really mean....the lack of sober in our life make green is a dry look..i mean we never appreciate just always being greedy...definitely a good poem Elena! A lot of dimensions to this poem. Each one of us is responsible for our actions toward each other and our earth. Great poem.

This poem tells a remarkably remarkable story with only a couple of words! I love the imagery you conjure with cherry seeds and the dismissive use of Naah! The narrator seems to be an interesting surreal character! I see a story in this....
