Oranges And Freshly Made Up Beds Poem by Warren Augustus de Guzman

Oranges And Freshly Made Up Beds

Orange peels on the bed to the left
Zest on her fingers, in her hair, on my lips
Juice dripping down my mouth, down my cleft
Falling off my chin and splashing on her hips

More orange peels litter her soft core
A sweet citric scent enveloping her stare
Tangerine bursts around our amour
Tangy is the taste of her skin oh so bare

Engulfed in each other we lay joint
Drowning in orange lather and salty skin
As a sheath to a sword, we anoint
This carnal affair with love and lust akin
